Stayed in a spacious and quiet room with comfortable beds, climate control, TV, and a fridge, with fantastic city views.

the staff are extremely great, and the atmosphere is family. the setting is marvellous and awesome, really close to platinum mall, pratunam wholesale market, and dozens of food stalls, good area. there is nearby kfc indra square to grab some food for the dinner.

I was there for 2 nights and will come back. I had a quite comfortable experience here, everything was good, the location was particularly good short walk to supermarkets and the taxi or grab.

the rooms were very clean and spacious, with great water pressure in the showers. We also loved being in the heart of the shopping area and being able to easily walk to nearby markets and convenience stores.

The walls were quite thin and we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to sleep. there were no complimentary toiletries provided, which was unexpected and made packing a bit more challenging.

Great location for shopping and dining within walking distance. Staff offered local tips and help when needed. The room was tidy and modern, and the bed was comfortable. The street food and massage options outside the hotel were a great value.

The walk from public transportation to the hotel was a bit sketchy at night, so be cautious. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, and we had to pay extra for additional pillows.

The Sleepstation at Pratunam exceeded our expectations. The perfect hotel location with a 7/11 and restaurant below was so convenient. The clean rooms and accommodating owner and staff made our stay enjoyable. We were impressed that we were able to check in earlier and the 5th floor was quiet. It was a great experience that we will definitely come back to.
